Relating To Zero-Emission Vehicles.

Abstract

Establishes the rental car modernization task force to develop a plan to determine the feasibility of installing electric vehicle charging infrastructure to support a one hundred per cent zeroemission rental motor vehicle fleet by 2035. Requires the task force to submit an initial report to the legislature no later than 12/1/2021, and a final report to the legislature no later than 12/1/2022. Dissolves the task force on 5/31/2023. Effective 1/1/2050. (HD2)
